Now What???

I have learned how to pull myself up on things. The only problem is that I don't know what to do after that? Anyone have any ideas for me. There was a very cute little girl over last night that was walking and that looked like lots of fun but Ben kept covering my eyes so I couldn't' see how she did it. Someone please give me advice :)

Fire Station

It was a really big day for Jake (Ben too but I think that it was more fun for Jake). He woke up this morning and said; "I go church, play Abby" "I go see firetruck omiopi"

It was off to the Troy fire station to check out the big firetrucks at the open house today.
The boys got to try and put out a fire with the big fire hose.

And climb in and out of the big trucks
And try to drive

Wow look how tall that Ladder is reaching
And Aunt Allie got to hold Caleb, doesn't she look good with a baby? (we can't wait until it is her turn for a baby, anytime would be nice the boys need cousins)

Over all it was a great day. We had some meltdowns getting in the car. Omi and Opi's house sounded way more fun than going home to Ben. Finally the meltdown was resolved. When I asked Jake on the way home what he thought of the fire station he said: "Good we go again?

Speaking of Jake and his talking he is doing so much better. He even graduated from "talking school" last week. He got a certificate and some tatoos. He can say just about anything we just need to remember not to talk for him and make him do the work. The other day he was talking so much that I kind of thought I had Ben in the car instead of Jake :)

This is Caleb speaking

Add ImageIt has come to my attention that I don't get nearly as much attention on this blog as my brothers did/do so I decided to take matters into my own hands. After all I am 6 months old already. Mom says I am pretty much perfect. I try to do my best to make life easier for her. I see that those older brothers I have don't have that same perspective. Even when I was getting two teeth on the bottom I didn't ask for much just a little extra hugging.

There is talk that I was going to be in a lot of pain this past weekend so I made sure that I had a nasty diaper rash so that they didn't have to do anything to my boy parts. I am going to try real hard to keep that rash going as long as I can so that I don't have to have surgery.

Mom has also been giving me lots of different foods to eat. I still think that the stuff Mom, Dad, Ben and Jake eat is much more interesting that the goop that I get. It is pretty good however especially as long as it is mixed with banana's everything seems better that way.

My biggest accomplishment is that I have finally figured out how to kick my bothers out of the family room. I have learned the more that I start moving the more mom makes them go away. It took a lot of work but it looks like I have finally figured it out.

Here I am getting myself into a sitting position

Sometimes I get my leg stuck under me and can't figure out how to get it back in the correct position

Here we go. I finally got it. I have also been practicing some yoga moves for Aunt Meg to see next time I see her. I am pretty sure she will be impressed.

well mom says she will try and be better about blogging about me. Hope I filled you in enough for now.

Nana this is for you

We went to Oktoberfest in Rochester Hills with some friends. It was very fun and they had TONS of kid themed stuff. The boys enjoyed some cool blow up toys and a Pony Ride. They seemed to both liked it a lot. Jake's face is really not showing the excitement that he had. I promise he was much more excited than he looks.

Another Benism

The other day Ben and Jake spent the night at my parents house while Ben was combing Opi’s (my Dad's) hair, Ben said, Opi you have a lot of skin on the top of your head!.
